THE PROSYMTECH PROCESS FOR SELECTING ENGINEERS
1. ANALYZING THE NEEDS OF THE POSITION THAT MUST BE FILLED
We analyze, along with the company, the position that needs to be filled. We create a description for the position, defining its goals, areas of activity, and the tasks and responsibilities needed for it.
2. DEFINING THE REQUIREMENTS PROFILE OF THE CANDIDATE
We detect the general and technical skills that a candidate must have in order to carry out their job to its fullest potential, considering all the variables that are part of the corresponding task and obligations.
3. RECRUITMENT AND EVALUATION OF CANDIDATES
We use the best tools available to us in order to obtain the biggest quantity of candidates of the best quality. We evaluate the necessary skills and abilities of said candidates from two points of view: General Abilities and Skills (leadership, organization, initiative, negotiation capacity, collaboration, flexibility, team player, etc.), and the Technical Abilities and Skills (knowledge, education and training).
4. CREATING A REPORT AND PRESENTING A SHORTLIST OF CANDIDATES
We deliver a detailed report to the company with a shortlist of 2 or 3 candidates that scored great in the selection process, with a thorough explanation of the results obtained during the evaluation, as well as a list of the professional and personal qualities of each candidate.
5. FOLLOW UP ON THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE CANDIDATE
We carry out a follow of on the candidate after the candidate starts to work at the company, guaranteeing that said candidate will adapt to the position and to the organization itself.
6. GUARANTEE PERIOD
We offer a 4 month guarantee for our work in case the candidate does not meet the pre-established expectations, repeating the process one more time at no cost.
